Mission Statement

Insure and provide for the stewardship, security, and protection of the Bethlehem water system's source of clean drinking water and the maintenance and preservation of its surrounding lands, the "Watersheds";
Provide the financing and funding to ensure the reliability and quality of the water system and support its expansion opportunities over the long term as they may arise;
Develop and implement the strategies and programs to maintain the quality of the watershed and develop opportunities to create revenue for on-going benefit of the watershed and water system;
Collaborate with and support the City of Bethlehem (COB) in managing and maintaining the water system and its security.
